The process involves mechanical and thermal simulation to arrive at optimum designs which are then validated in the lab and through field testing leading to robust designs. R&D is also involved in laying down robust processes and jigs for mass production which are then followed by manufacturing to deliver reliable products which is equipped with state of the art manufacturing and testing equipment. A reliable battery management system designed to provide:
a) Safety & performance
b) Communication options – RS 485,RS232, CAN, Bluetooth,UART
c) Remote monitoring of the battery pack as an option
d) SOC and SOH estimation as required

Thermal management:
All designs are tested through thermal simulation and field data to ensure safety. Wherever required, special thermally conducting materials are used to provide efficient thermal management.

Enclosure:
Battery enclosures conforming to different standards such as IP65/IP67 are available to provide required level of protection against ingress of dust , airborne particles, water and liquid.

Wakai battery packs are available in different chemistries such as NMC/LFP/LIPO and in different packaging such as cylindrical, prismatic and pouch.
